Directed by Jay Scheib and produced by Jim Steinman the rock and roll theatre musical, Bat out of Hell, have made great use of our Clapham facility as a rehearsal space. The musical is based on one of the most successful albums in history by the infamous Meat Loaf. It made its debut in Manchester last week and is set to hit the stage in London later this year.
BAT OUT OF HELL features 17 of Meat Loaf’s greatest hits including I’d Do Anything for Love, Paradise by the Dashboard Light, You Took the Words Right Out of My Mouth (Hot Summer Night), Dead Ringer For Love, Two Out of Three Ain’t Bad, Bat Out of Hell and two new Jim Steinman originals written for the show.
Rehearsal spaces used..
Using the large hall to build an impressive set for the cast to rehearse and were able to utilized garage space and the bar to set up additional rehearsal spaces. The vast space and having exclusive use of the facilities allowed them to adapt the space to suit their needs.
